Our Team

Dr. Ngocanh Pham was born and raised in Austin, TX. She received her Bachelor’s of Science and Arts degree in Biology at the University of Texas in Austin and Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, TX. She is licensed by the Texas Optometry Board as a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.

Dr. Lucy Ton was born in San Jose, California, and grew up in Houston, Texas. She obtained a Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Prior to that she received her B.S.A in Biology at The University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Ton’s clinical rotations included experience at the Ambulatory Surgery Center of the University Eye Institute, where she gained proficiency in perioperative cataract care. She also honed her skills in advanced dry eye management techniques at the Ocular Surface Institute. In addition, she completed rotations at a private practice in Austin, TX, and a community eye clinic in Fort Worth, TX, where she focused extensively on primary and medical optometry. Her interests include dry eyes, specialty contact lenses, and ocular disease.

In her leisure time, Dr. Ton enjoys exploring different culinary experiences, playing pickleball, exercising, and traveling with her friends and family.

Dr. Nonso Nwankwo is a Dallas native with a passion for delivering personalized, high-quality eye care. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston, where he also minored in Biology. After taking a gap year to expand his practical knowledge and study medical Spanish, he attended the University of Houston to complete his Doctor of Optometry degree.

Dr. Nwankwo is licensed by the Texas Optometry Board as a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. He is an active member of both the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association.

He specializes in comprehensive eye care, contact lens fittings, and the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases. Dr. Nwankwo is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to provide care to a diverse patient population.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Nwankwo enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, and discovering new restaurants around town.
